Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is defective.

  • The item is damaged upon delivery.

  • The wrong item was delivered.


Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product if:

  • The product is defective.

  • The product has a manufacturing issue.

Exchange requests must be approved before returning the item.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Electronics (unless defective)

  • Power tools (unless defective)

  • Hygiene-related products


Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a defect or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days using the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.


Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.

If you wish to modify your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Stock unavailability

  • Suspicious activity
